Tom Cruise cry’s in the movie “Lions for Lambs”, Do you want to win the war on terror… Yes or No. The movie is good but really fluff in regards to how to really win the war on terrorism.
This article is about telling what security holes that currently exist in America and finally what we need to do to really win the war on terrorism.
Here are 11 Major Security Holes cited by security experts that are possible scenarios in the near future:
1) Terrorists drive a van loaded with a ten-kiloton nuclear bomb into the central business district of a major city and then detonate the device. Thousands will die.
2) Anthrax making laboratories have been found in Al Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan. Terrorist could spray an aerosol form of anthrax from a van into three cities, then two more. Thirteen thousand people would die and the economic impact would be in the billions!
3) Terrorists release pneumonic plague into an airport bathroom, sports arena and a train station in a major city and the contagion spreads rapidly. 2,500 people will die and 7,000 people would be injured. Again, the economy impact would be in the billions.
4) Terrorists fly a small aircraft over a packed college football stadium, spraying a chemical blister agent. Many would die and 70,000 would be hospitalized.
5) Terrorists attack oil refineries with bombs and grenades. Then go onto bomb cargo containers, igniting ships, including ones carrying toxic chemicals. Many would die and thousands hospitalized and the economic impact would run into the billions.
6) Terrorists release gas into the ventilation systems of three large office buildings in a major city. Six thousand people would die, 350 injured. Economic impact around $300 million.
7) Terrorist infiltrate an industrial storage facility and detonate a chlorine gas storage tank, releasing toxic fumes downwind. Thousands will die and damage in the millions.
Terrorists detonate a “dirty bomb” in 3 neighboring modern cities, contaminating 36 city blocks each. Again impact is in the billions.
9) Terrorists attack a sports arena or a hospital emergency room using handmade bombs, large truck or car bomb and suicide belts.
10) Terrorists infect farm animals at several locations with foot-and-mouth disease, which spreads rapidly as the animals are transported around the country to market. Economic impact would be in the millions.
11) Terrorists launch cyber attacks against several part’s of the nation’s financial infrastructure over a period of several weeks. Economic impact would be in the millions.
There are clear areas that need to be watched carefully for terrorist activities as there are many week and vulnerable areas that could trigger another major terrorist attack.
- Border Security
- Aviation
- Port Security
- Mass Transit
- Intelligence
- Preparedness
By now it’s pretty obvious that the nation is still very unprepared to respond to another catastrophic terrorist attack. If terrorists had targeted the levees in New Orleans, the government’s response would be have been no quicker and more effective than that of Hurricane Katrina. It is very important that every major city have a well devised evacuation plan.
The chain of command must be very clear. First responders must be able to communicate with each other and with state and federal officials. Drills and exercises must be conducted frequently. Lessons learned must lead to prompt corrective action.
After having said that we now present Tracker is integrated in Ordia Solutions. The Mobile Tactical Collaboration System ™, enabling commanders to know where their operators are, their speed and direction of travel. Operators have an added sense of safety knowing their moves are being monitored by their command staff during high risk and high threat operations. The MTCS system gives a clear cut chain of command and allows the edge in a crisis situation.
Smaller than a set of keys, the WorldTracker GPRS Tracker can be affixed to an officer’s gun belt or radio harness, or with extended battery, to a vehicle.
The Mobile Tactical Collaboration System; integrated with advanced personnel tracking system AdvanTraq GPS deliver visual tactical interoperable communication, common operating picture, and real-time command and control situational awareness to multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary federal, state and local security taskforce handling dignitary protection and critical infrastructure protection at the US Naval Academy for US President George W. When you are at another computer you can remote into your PC at home and view your spy camera by using Windows feature called Terminal Services. With most widely used Windows PC operating systems like XP Pro, this is a standard application. This can be done by logging into your PC from Windows XP Pro “Remote Desktop Configuration”. In this article we explain all the steps necessary to connect to the computer that has your spy camera software running.
While the following method described below won’t cost you anything but a few minutes of your time it’s only as good as the Internet service provider you have and the bandwidth they provide to you that your hidden camera or spy camera is connected to. For instance Comcast typically provides 6 MB download. If your service providers speed to too slow, the computer you use to connect to the computer your hidden camera is on the video surveillance may be delayed or not smooth.
Plus, if you loose Internet connectivity on the computer your hidden camera connected to you obviously will loose the video surveillance.
If you don’t have a spy camera but would like one and be able to watch the video through a remote computer on the Internet, we suggest you get the Mini 2.4GHz Wireless Color Spy Camera w/ PC USB Adapter.
It’s a Color Mini Wireless Spy Camera Package Is Powered By A 9-Volt Battery with a Receiver with Built-in USB Adapter and Remote Control and Connects Directly to Your Computer! The software provided open up a small TV like screen on your computer showing the video surveillance from your wireless spy camera. If you have a hidden camera click here to find out how to connect it to your computer before following the steps below.
What is the Remote Desktop?
The Remote Desktop, included with Windows XP Professional, enables you to connect to your computer across the Internet remotely from another computer. Once connected, Remote Desktop gives you mouse and keyboard control over your computer while showing you everything that’s happening on the screen with you spy camera connected. With Remote Desktop, you can leave your spy camera attached to your computer and be able to access see what your hidden camera or spy camera see’s by using Remote Desktop in Windows XP Professional.
Click Here to View the complete instructions on how to set up a remote connection to your computer with your hidden camera or spy camera attached.

Identity theft is rampant throughout the world today. Many times you never know your identity has been stolen until you go to buy something with credit or check and the sale is denied. Even theft notification services that notify of possible fraudulent activity don’t totally protect you from Identity Theft.
A study revealed by the US Secret service from 2000 to 2006 that 500 ID thieves arrested, just 8 percent were somewhat acquainted with their victims in any way.
Consumer fears of data break-ins by hackers have really only accounted for 3 percent of all know ID thefts.
A whopping 40 percent of Identity theft cases are actually from lost or stolen wallets, credit cards and checks.
Identity thieves are using high tech devices like credit card encoders, computer printers, keyloggers and telephones for 37 percent of the time.
Here are some of the major real causes of Identity theft and you’ll never believe on of the many causes of it.
- Most Identity Thieves get your personal information from retailers, financial companies
- Mail Stealing and Garbage Diving are used in 20% of ID theft cases.
- E-mail Phishing scams and Internet hacking
Here are the key steps you must do to keep your Identity from being stolen protecting you from financial ruin and many months of problem solving.
If you work on a computer look out for computer monitoring devices like the 2MB Keyshark PS/2 Keystroke Logger. It may be installed logging all your important credit card numbers and bank info.
The 2MB Keyshark PS/2 Keystroke Logger plugs in between your keyboard and computer and records all keystrokes including passwords and special characters. All information is memorized on the internal 2MB memory. Stores 12 months of keystroke data in typical use situations.
1) Be aware of fraudulent emails or websites known as “phishing” or “web spoofing” that appear to be legitimate sites. They will usually ask you to update your information including all your personal data. Never click on hyperlinks links in suspicious looking emails and pop-up ads. When click on a link or attachment, they may install deadly viruses, spyware or key-logging programs that can send information back to a malicious site on your system or even destroy your computer by erasing your hard drive.
2) Make sure you have updated virus, firewall on your computer. One of the best ones is McAfee Security Center. It automatically maintains high level virus protection for you.

Disasters either man made and natural are happening every day, week and month of the year and we can do little to prevent disasters but we can do a lot to help saves lives after they have occurred
Emergency response and disaster preparedness programs provide relief and development assistance to millions of people annually who suffer as a result of natural and manmade disasters around the globe.
Even the weather channel has a weekly series called “It Could Happen Tomorrow” that depicts certain weather disasters that are likely to occur in the future.
And disasters are getting much worse, but the federal government’s preparedness has been limited to helping after a disaster has occurred. Historically, the belief that local knowledge and experience is best suited to dealing with common natural disasters, such as hurricanes, tornados and floods, has meant that responsibility for disaster preparedness and response has been devolved to local organizations and communities themselves.
September 11, 2001 refocused the country’s attention on disaster preparedness and the realization that there was a lack of preparedness for such disasters. The recent focus of US disaster funding has focused on terrorist events, but the benefits from this technological disaster preparedness orientation should crossover to natural disaster preparedness, as most groups predict.
Emergency response and disaster preparedness programs provide relief and development assistance to millions of people annually who suffer as a result of natural and manmade disasters around the globe.
Now we focus on the only system in the world that will greatly aid in help coordinate rescue missions after a disaster has occurred and emergency response is about to be dispatched. It’s called the Mobile Tactical Collaboration System.
During the response to Hurricane Katrina, the United States realized the grave cost of ineffective communications between law enforcement, rescue, and other public safety agencies. Robust communication between these groups in order to minimize confusion and bring clarity to a complex situation is a must. Mobile Tactical Collaboration System (MTCS) is the solution.
Local law enforcement, rescue, emergency managers, and others need 360-degree coordination during the planning and execution of complex operations. In order to be effective, every member of the task force must be able to communicate quickly and seamlessly, both within and across organizational boundaries.
For rapid and reliable Command and Control (C2) of complex operations, these organizations must be able to exploit effective and reliable communications and integrated collaboration tools while maintaining maximum mobility within the mission area.
MTCS meets these requirements by enabling robust collaboration between public safety agencies, emergency responders, incident commanders, mobile command vehicles, and emergency operations centers. MTCS integrates collaborative software tools, including drawing, white boarding, and voice-over-IP, with advanced GIS and incident management tools. The software is delivered via a web browser and runs on mobile wireless information devices mounted inside emergency vehicles.
In addition, MTSC uses a GPS Tracking called the WorldTracker GPRS GPS Tracking device from GLC Enterprises, Inc. is worn by emergency response crew members to track their whereabouts in near real time.
Using GPS Tracking in this way will be the first time in history that this technology will be used to save lives after a disaster has occurred.
When timely communication is critical, a picture is worth a thousand words. By allowing public safety officers to share their understanding and intentions visually, and with the aid of real-time voice communications, MTCS maximizes information sharing and enhances situational awareness.
When an organization employs MTCS, it immediately provides its emergency services with a major advantage in dealing with complex operations. By providing seamless communication, both visual and verbal, MTCS enables the task force to work as one synchronized, coordinated team. The end result is maximum preparedness and increased public safety.

Construction thieves are now favoring fine steel appliances. Construction thieves stole a high end Sub Zero stainless steel refrigerator valued at around $6,000 just before realtors were about to show the house in Elmhurst, Il. On top of that, the floors and the door frames were marred and scratched badly.
Construction theft is literally and figuratively big business. Thefts of all types from construction sites costs the building industry about $5 billion per year, tacking on about 1.5 percent to the price of the home.
Construction theft may be a cost of doing business, but you can take steps to keep the costs down. Construction theft is also a big target for thieves that is currently a $1 billion market for theft or equipment and building materials.
When thieves steal, the goods can end up in any type of place. If they steel appliances the burglars can fence them to budget hotels, small time renovation companies or landlords.
With that said, there is not that many things builders can do to catch the thieves and bring them to justice. Most builders only think to use barbed wire or guard dogs. In addition, a house being built may not have power available yet or may be in various stages of construction. If would be nice if a builder had a portable hidden camera that could be moved around and be used outside that was self contained and had it’s own recorder to catch thieves.
The Electrical Box Hidden Camera is all self contained and runs on batteries. takes Video pictures or snapshots. It is a Hidden Surveillance Camera which is great for use on construction sites, entrance ways, parking lots, or anywhere that power in not readily available.
It offers outstanding covert outdoor security recording in a completely self contained package. Metal weatherproof electrical box measures only 10 x 7 /12 X 4 inches Hi-Resolution video images are recorded on a small SD card whenever motion is detected. Rechargeable batteries operate unit for 4 full days (96 hours) on a single charge. System includes extra set of batteries and charger, so batteries can be quickly swapped. Camera views out front of box but can be custom ordered to view from either side. Get a good view from up to 100 ft. The Electrical Box Hidden Camera is currently the hottest seller in the construction business for catching thieves stealing tools, equipment, material.
Construction sites have been vandalized for decades and is likely to continue if builders don’t move to do things to prevent it. Construction sites are most vulnerable on weekends and tools, appliances and believe it or not scrap metal and copper are the most popular items to steal.

Child abduction is a serious problem in today’s world. Child abduction is the equivalent of a nuclear blast to a family. Time is the enemy in a child abduction, and a successful recovery requires an immediate and focused reaction.
Under the AMBER Alert system, local radio and television stations agree to immediately interrupt their normal programming to broadcast information on urgent child abductions. The primary motive for the child abduction killer is sexual assault. Many child abductions are witnessed by people who do not realize that a crime is being committed.
While awareness of the issue of international child abduction is increasing, there is still a great deal left to do. Types of Abductions When a child abduction is portrayed by the media, it is usually a report of the most severe kind; a child is taken from their home, yard or bed, kept for ransom and/or sexual exploitation, and sometimes murdered.
With regard to child abduction murder victims, and compared to all child murders and all murder victims, the victim is more likely to be female (Hanfland et al, 1997). Here are some of the realities of child abduction:The majority of children who are reported missing have run away, or there has been a misunderstanding with their parents about where they were supposed to be.
Missing
An average of 2,200 children are reported missing each day of the year. A number of high profile child abductions this summer, including the Elizabeth Smart case, have raised awareness of America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response (AMBER) plan, said Alyson Heyrend, spokesperson for Matheson.
Child
Your children are taught to run, shout, pull away, wiggle, hit, kick and do whatever they can to get away. DVD solves this child abduction and sexual abuse prevention training dilemma by creating an instant escape instinct in your children without scaring them. If you teach your child to avoid dangers chances increase that he or she will become more aware of a potential threat and know how to stay safe. A parent whose child has been snatched has to face the fact that time is running against them. But the longer the child is away there is a danger that the ‘status quo’ from the child’s point of view will switch to the abducting parent’s home. If a child is abducted and taken to a country where there is no legal aid the parent in pursuit will need to find a ‘pro bono’ lawyer (one that works in a scheme that offers free legal advice) if they can’t afford the legal fees themselves.
What Parents Can Do To Bring Their Child Back After Being Abducted
Parents can buy and plant a GPS Tracker on their child so if he or she is abducted their whereabouts can be determined through sophisticated mapping programs that use a simple Internet browser. One of best GPS Tracking devices is shown here. It even has voice communication built into it that you can tell you child help is on the way.

WorldTracker PLD is a new GPS Tracker that is not only very powerful but also a cost-effective personal GPS tracker which combines accurate GPS monitoring and reporting with worldwide quad-mode capabilities and voice communication features. It also is very small as you can see in relation to a set of car keys making it lightweight and easy to store on a body or piece of equipment.
The WorldTracker PLD ideal for asset management ,personal safety or covert GPS tracking. What makes this a unique personal safety device is the ability to have 2-way voice communication.
Voice communication becomes very useful when used to track people who have mental and/or physical problems and you either need to hear or try and contact him or her who has wondered off. Also, if you child has been abducted, to be able to hear what is going on with the child if he or she is being physically abused while you are racing to track them down before they are harmed.
Not only that but the WorldTracker PLD will provide continuous tracking virtually everywhere including inside buildings and garages, reporting and monitoring for up to 2 weeks. Many GPS tracking devices lose tracking signals inside building and/or garages. Many people who are abducted are led into buildings or garages and you need to track them and have police safely apprehend the abductors. So this feature will especially be attractive to parents.
Now let’s take a look at what the device features look like. First of all the GPS Tracker has a speaker built in for send emergency voice message to the end person who is tracking and listening. you can adjust the call volume when communication through voice. The microphone allows you to communicate with a family member or friend in an emergency situation.
The PTC (Push To Call) button switch allows the user to place a call to a number that has been programmed into it, such as a family member’s cellular phone. You can program that number into the tracker by connecting it to a computer. Once that number is called, you can communicate with the person holding the tracker from the phone number it called.
The User-defined button is not currently used.
the Geo Fence button can be used for Geo-fencing under the advanced setup. The software that comes with the tracking service has this capability.
As you can see from the front view are the LED indication lights. One thing to note about this GPS Tracker is there is no Power Switch. The tracker is always on when an external power is connected or the battery is installed.
Here is a table that shows how the LED indication lights mean when the unit is operating.
As you can see from the side view below there is a USB connector that servers to both charge the battery in the tracker and to allow it to be programmed from a computer when plugged in. The Headset jack allows you to plug in an external headset for listening.
The WorldTracker PLD comes with a prepaid SIM card. The SIM card is placed under the battery after carefully removing it from the larger card. The figure below shows how this is done.

The power and value of using a digital video video surveillance camera system like the Four Camera Indoor Video Surveillance Kit w/Free Remote Viewing saves you wasting loads of time watching hours of live video feeds.
We highly recommend the WiLife Camera set of 4 because the quality, detail and ease of installation cannot be matched in any indoor surveillance system. Most business owners will be able to install these camera by themselves and they won’t interfere will their exist phone systems that may be on or near the same frequency of a typical 2.4Ghz wireless video surveillance system because the surveillance cameras transmit video through your businesses wiring through a technology called HomePlug.
Installation the Four Camera Indoor Video Surveillance Kit requires only 3 easy steps:
1: Install the Werks Software onto the PC that will be your command center.
2: Connect the USB Receiver to the computer that will be you DVR like command center for view and recording surveillance video.
3: Position the Indoor Camera, mount using Suction Cup Mount, Desktop Stand, Wall Mount Bracket Set and plug them into an AC outlet.
Now we discuss camera placement and things to consider before drilling the holes for the camera mounting bracket. These tips will give you information needed to have a powerful business video surveillance system that will help eliminate employee theft and making sure your business runs smoothly as possible.
You can simply review recorded motion-based events whenever time permits. Given that your time is limited planning the camera placement for your small business is very important to think about before you actually install them.
Another important fact to consider is the behavior of your customers and the walking/working patterns of your employees. Take a few moments to analyze your customer’s and employee’s behavior. Because you are not going to be monitoring live video all of the time, you want to place cameras in the most strategic places where they can provide detailed, recorded video of every person that visits your business.
Take a small coffee shop, for instance. You determine that 80% of your customers end up at the cash register; 15% go straight to a table to meet a friend or to use the wireless Internet connection; and 5% come in to use the bathroom or ask directions. And at the end of their purchase or stay, 70% of customers exit the front door while the rest leave through the side door.
Regarding your employee’s behavior, you will most likely find that the bulk of your employee’s time is spent at the register, along the food prep line, and in the kitchen.
Taking all of these facts into consideration, you determine that you must have a camera focused on the register, a camera that sees the customers as they leave the store from both doors, and a camera viewing the employees on the food prep line and in the kitchen.
During the camera placement process, keep in mind that you are setting the cameras up to gather video data that will most likely be reviewed at a later time.
Knowing this may help you place your cameras in locations that will guarantee you capture high-quality, close-up video of every person that visits the store on a daily basis.

Recording audio along with video today is a very talked about subject in the word of spying and surveillance. Many people like to not only see what their spy camera sees but also what is being said also. For instance many spouses who suspect their “better half” is cheating them would like to hear names being spoken and actually hear the cheater when he or she is having sex with someone else. I guess for many it’s all or nothing.
But in the eyes of the law, recording audio and well as video is really prohibited. As long as the spy camera is not hidden and plain to see it’s OK to record audio. Also, those wearable cameras like the Pro Pak Sunglasses/Clear Glasses/Button Cam DVR Set or MicroPro Pocket DVR Button/Screw Camera Kit or Professional Color Covert Sunglasses Camera w/ Recorder. These also do not have an audio mic. built in to the wearable spy camera although the portable DVR’s are capable of recording audio through an external speaker.
In this article we present 4 spy cameras that not only record surveillance video but also are able to record the audio to. They are great for catching the goods on cheating spouses and many situation where audio is needed along with video surveillance.
1.) World’s Smallest Hi-Resolution Camcorder Spy Cam Stick
Recordings are stored on a tiny removable Micro SD card. Up to 33 hours of video can be recorded on a 1Gb Micro SD card. Internal rechargeable battery is recharged via USB connection.
The PI-SpyCamStick is a super compact video/audio camcorder. Smaller and lighter than a disposable cigarette lighter yet packed with high quality features. SpyCamStick records Hi-Resolution real time (15fps) video via its internal pin hole camera at the touch of a button.
Records for over 2 hours on a single charge both video and audio. Using the new state-of-the-art 3GP third generation format, recordings can be played instantly on 3GP compatible cell phones and PDAs.
This unit is great because you can actually put it in an empty pack of gum!
Here are some other FAQ’s about the Mini Spy Cam Stick.
1.) Apple PC OK (3gp format play on QuickTime or RealPlayer and both have mac version free downloads.)
2.) NTSC/PAL not relevant in this unit (only in DVRs with component outputs)
3.) Portable USB charger will work fine
4.) 3 hours charge time from dead start
5.) Battery life 2 to 2.5 hours recording per charge (depending on length of each recording) ie: continuous recording uses up power faster than multiple shorter recordings) 1GB Sd card records 33 hours. Unit has 80K hour life expectancy. (this is standard for cmos cameras)
6.) There is nothing “off the shelf” to increase battery life. However, we can add external battery power to meet almost any requirement. The more time required, the larger the battery.
7.) You can get an additional 1GB Micro SD cards for $40.00 (with adaptor)
