Drunken driving kills about 17,000 people a year. Often courts order repeat DUI offenders to install car breathalyzers. Drunk driving is against the law in all states! The penalties for driving under the influence, are: loss of your driving privilege, prison, monetary fines, and one’s insurance carrier could cancel one’s insurance.

Alcohol is involved in about 50% of fatal teen car crashes. When parents were asked the same question, according to the Century Council survey, 75% reported speaking to their teen within the past month about the dangers of drinking and driving.

Alcohol slows down everyone of these skills and when you combine that with a driver that doesn’t have a lot of experience, there can be nothing but danger. Alcoholism is not based on amount you drink nor how often it is based on how it affects you and the need for more increases left untreated . You cant scare an alcoholic as the craving outweighs the reality.

Alcohol is the most used drug among teenagers all around the world. This happens taking into consideration the fact that drinking is forbidden under 18 or 21, in most countries. Alcohol-related crashes, with their damage to property, injuries, and even fatalities, typically top the list of the consequences of teenage drinking. With this in mind, some parents may feel the best protection for kids is keeping their partying kids away from cars.

Teenagers think it’s cool to drink and drive. They feel nothing will happen to them. Teenagers most likely will drink in their lifetime and often feel like serious accidents will not happen to them.

Remember that 50 percent of teens who die in car accidents are passengers not drivers. Tell your teen to never ride with anyone who has been drinking, even if he doesn’t seem drunk. Remember that 16-year-olds are commonly in crashes involving high speeds, and high vehicle occupancy. They also have the highest number of single vehicle crashes.

Kids today are wimps and are so over protected. For good reason in some instances. Kids these days think they’re invincible! They think they can do anything.

Parenting may be an art, but there’s a lot of science behind raising healthy, thriving children. Parents – it is your job to communicate the rules of the road and by that, the article meant those rules that you don’t learn in a driver’s education course. With teenagers, you cannot assume anything.

Teenagers put themselves at greater risk of injury when involved in teenage drunk driving situations because they take greater risks and exercise less caution. Sixty five percent of all teens killed in an accident were not wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident, compared to seventy five percent of teenage drunk driving participants who were not wearing their seatbelt at the time of an accident.

Teens are seen as high risk. They often drive too fast, have inexperience in dangerous situations, and see themselves as invincible. Teenage girls at the same levels are an incredible 54 times more likely to crash.

Animals turn up at shelters weeks, and sometimes months, after they’ve been lost. Likewise, finders will sometimes not report a wandering animal to us until weeks after it first appeared in their neighborhood. Animals provide the perfect living environment. 

Check to make sure the pet is actually lost. Make sure he/she is not out with a family member, in the back yard, or hiding somewhere unusual. Check back with them occasionally, in case they lose your information. If your pet has current information on his ID tags, follow all these tips anyway.

Check into the vacuum cleaners with the special HEPA filters too, and use them often. Check all local parks, dog runs and any of your dog’s favorite places throughout town. Check out any former residences where you lived with your pet, no matter how long ago you lived there. Contact old neighbors and leave them a flyer or photo.

Leaving windows open slightly at the top surely helps IF there is a breeze. However, that opening also invites children to poke their fingers in or unkind folks to tease the dog with sticks. Leave your name, address and telephone number plus a complete description of your animal. Search in the evenings when it’s quiet. Leave them at veterinary clinics, groceries, laundromats, pet stores, grooming parlors, service stations in your neighborhood. Pass them out to neighbors and to newspaper carriers and other delivery people who service your area.

Cats that are spayed or neutered usually do not venture very far, while dogs fixed or not, can cover ground very quickly. You can often tell by the pet’s health and grooming if they have been missing for a long time, or have just gotten out. Cats may become trapped in neighbors’ garages, sheds and on construction sites. In the case of cats look also in trees and on rooftops. Cats may hide when strangers enter the house, reducing their chance of being found.

Include a phone number where you can be reached in big, bold numbers and encourage calls anytime day or night. Be sure to change the recording on your home phone machine to refer people to another phone number such as a pager or cell phone. Include your pet’s sex, age, weight, breed, color and any special markings. When describing your pet, leave out one identifying characteristic and ask the person who finds your pet to describe it. Infidelity develops in stages. In almost every case, there are numerous telltale signs along the way. Infidelity is likely to be one of the most painful and devastating things that can happen to you. The embarrassment, fear and betrayal can be overwhelming.

Infidelity has tragic consequences. Not only does unfaithfulness itself cause untold emotional suffering for a victimized spouse, but affairs create a host of other problems, too. Now let’s explore why men and woman cheat and how the other one can use a special hidden camera to catch either spouse in the act of having sex with a stranger of co-worker.

Cheating husbands leave many signs and with a bit of detective work, a wife can catch her husband with sold proof.  Many wives make the mistake of hiring an expensive detective or purchasing pricey spy equipment. Cheating husbands usually cheat when their wife is out of town. Tell your husband that you are leaving for a couple of days and then wait, listen and watch to see if he tries to catch you in the act.

Affairs are not solely a problem of an unfortunate few with ‘bad’ marriages. Extramarital affairs happen to good people in good marriages too. Affairs can occur in happy marriages as well as in troubled ones. Although the involved spouse may not be getting enough from the marriage, sometimes the involved spouse is not giving enough.

Sexual satisfaction aside, the results indicated a strong correlation between infidelity and people with an avoidance attachment style. Sex is almost always a problem for women who are having an affair, and many men having an affair find they cannot make love to their wives, either. In many cases, intimacy in marriage becomes so bad that a separation is requested to “sort things out.”.

An affair is often suspected by the jilted spouse, but almost always vigorously denied by the offending spouse. Sex somehow becomes more complicated after the mechanics have been grasped, regardless of where it’s taking place. Adultery is a further, often fraught complication.
