There are many different kinds of nanny cams also know as babysitter camera in the market today and companies out there just throw them at you and just let you choose but we have done some research and have found that nannies and caregivers in general are getting suspicious of the people who employ them to watch over their loved ones. They are looking around for things that may have or contain a hidden camera. When they find them, they lay something over to block the camera.

After doing a little research, we think there is one great solution to having peace of mind about having your children or elders watched by a stranger even with good references or even someone who has been working for you for a while and trust but just want to be on the safe side.

The most common everyday things you will see in a house or apartment will be smoke detectors or CO2 detectors.

Your best bet is to use 2 or 3 Carbon Monoxide Detector Hidden Cameras. Granted, They are non-functioning carbon monoxide detector hidden cameras but they are ideal nanny cameras because they plug right in to a wall socket and can be moved from room to room. It can even be plugged into an outlet close to the floor and still view the entire room.

Bear in mind that you should not be used to detect carbon monoxide, just keep an eye in 2 or 3 of the major rooms that your nanny or caregiver will be with your child while they are being watched. The recorder even has built in motion detection if you want that. It may be good to just record when motion is detected, then when you come home just review the recording to make sure nothing bad happened while you were gone. The nice part is this recorder is silent and because it is wireless you can lock it in a cabinet while you are gone. Your nanny or caregiver will never know.

The recorder has a date and time stamp so you can confront your caregiver if need be and find if they are telling the truth about abusing your child or parent and also, provide evidence to the police then fowl play is found.

So there you have it, a really good setup for recording a caregiver just to make sure your loved one’s are safe. These days it is very sad to note that no one can be trusted.
