Nearly all of our products are shipped by UPS Ground with some
exceptions. Call us to make arrangements for expedited
shipping. Depending on shipping weight the best method will be
selected by SpyGearCo.com to deliver your items. Shipping is
FREE for all orders over $100!
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds are given. Defective items will be repaired or replaced free of charge if returned to us during the item's effective warranty period. Items that have been modified, customized, abused, or otherwise damaged beyond normal use will be refused and you will be charged for return shipping. You are responsible for shipping any defective products to us using a trackable shipping service.
You MUST contact us before returning an item!
Defective units will be replaced free of charge up to 7 days after delivery provided they are received in good physical condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us using a trackable shipping service. We cover return shipping to you. If you return an item for repair or exchange that is not defective you will be charged for return shipping. In rare instances, if an item is returned, there is a 25% restocking fee.
