Nearly all of our products are shipped by UPS Ground with some
exceptions. Call us to make arrangements for expedited
shipping. Depending on shipping weight the best method will be
selected by SpyGearCo.com to deliver your items. Shipping is
FREE for all orders over $100!
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery provided the
item is in good condition and in original packaging. Some
items are excluded from our return policy (See Below) and may only be
exchanged for the same item if defective. You are responsible
for shipping the defective unit back to us using a trackable
shipping service. Please email us before 7 days of receipt for
a refund less shipping and 15% restocking fee.
Defective units will be replaced free of charge provided
it/they are received in good condition. You are responsible
for shipping the defective unit back to us using a trackable
